Love the food at the Sailmaker Restaurant and the cocktails at the cocktails at the open air rooftop Zephyr Sky Bar. Not a 5-star, but a solid 4-star hotel.

Set your alarm for an early start. Say about 5.00am and head to underneath the Harbour Bridge. You'll capture a great sunrise over the Opera House on the right morning.
Alan HuangNovember 5, 2017One of the best club lounge breakfasted I've seen. Got upgraded to top floor with harbor views with explorist status.- The wi-fi is far from atrocious and worked very well in rooms on the 4th and 8th floors that I stayed in.

Rooms a bit dated, but clean. Great rooftop bar, but closes at 10pm. Central location. Great views of Darling Harbour. Lacking a pool.
Elya MantonakiNovember 15, 2015300$ a night excluding breakfast and wifi for quality only compared to Ryanair. Dirty rooms, too many guests that cant be managed by the staff, queues at the reception and breakfast. Not worth it.

Good value for money. Make CERTAIN you get a Harbour view room - they ate the even numbered rooms.

Comfy beds, great service. Rooms could do with double glazed windows though. And our room could always hear the water running through the pipes.
Patchy internet, a bit basic (no bath foam, slippers, robe, chargeable mineral water). Great view though. Ok for business travel.
C. L.December 15, 2013Stay on even numbered higher level rooms as it has the harbour view. 7th floor and up should be good. But wifi sucks. Can only get connected near the doorway.

- While you're here let the inner nerd in you escape by strolling up the street to the Apple Store. You know what the say about 'An Apple a day...'
Great pub food and drinks at the Dundee Arms. And you can charge it to the room.

Dave HallOctober 21, 2012Don't stay in a premium room, the off gassing carpet is likely to kill you. "City views" is a car park- Really nice service and comfortable beds. Stayed on 8 floor so traffic didn't bother at all.

These guys will charge you the $200 cleaning fee if you smoke in-room.

Would have to be the noisiest rudest hotel in Sydney. Stayed 6 nights here and will never go near again
Furnishing is getting old. SPG service is inconsistent. Stayed 7-8 times here. Will return but not impressed.
