- Leah HAugust 7, 2014Homeboys has the best food at the lowest prices in the terminal. Their baked goods are delicious!!! Many of the other cafes actually sell their stuff at a higher price.Upvoted 3 weeks ago
- William BumgarnerMarch 2, 2016If you have gate 44, add 15 minutes to get to/from the remote terminal. The shuttle goes on the taxiways so get your camera ready!Upvoted 23 hours ago
- David MazzaJune 1, 2014Since all the restaurants have colluded on a $13 sandwich, just sit down at Campanile. Prices aren't much higher, plus you get a waitress.
- AA Elites, never take the option of using the "shorter" non-elite line here. There is an addl queue past the TSA checkpoint and other delays in this line will add significant time to the wait.
- Hudson news stand reopened across from Starbucks Nov 2012 - has variety of drink & dry snack options - make sure to check around corner for additional selection
- Sean MillerJanuary 3, 2016This terminal can get very crowded. However, both the times I've been here, the TSA lines moved pretty fast.
- Dunkin' Donuts on the concourse just past the Admiral's club!
- BrittanyNovember 29, 2013Food options here are horrible. I got a sandwich, soda, and banana for the exorbitant price of $20. I understand that airport food is expensive, but it was just meh. For $20, it's not worth it.
- The new Sammy's Woodfire Grill (open summer 2012) beats Chili's any day
- Steve DadolfApril 12, 2012I love American Airlines...they treat me great...i guess they should as I have flown more than 5 million miles on American.
- Frequency has its benefits. AA staff is excellent especially for Priority Members.
- Arjan TimmermansAugust 19, 2014Terminal 4 is no Terminal 5. It desperately needs an upgrade. TSA lines are generally long here.
- Wesley HeinOctober 10, 2013If you are forced to spend the night in the Terminal, scrounge for blankets from AA employees and sleep behind Gate 47 ticket counter.
- No point in arriving before 4:15 am for a 6 am flight. Escalator is supposed to officially open at 4:15 am. Hope #TSA has had their coffee. I'm sleepy
- Christian KopoczNovember 4, 2013Small and no real cozy zones to sit or eat. No Priority Pass Lounge:-(
- WARNING: October 2013 No Starbucks open in this terminal. Being rebuilt.
- Geoff ReinhardtAugust 26, 2022Terrible terminal. Cramped with poor food and shopping options, long lines, crowded waiting areas, and difficult to hear announcements. Avoid if possible.
- Please head this warning: If you are traveling out of LAX, please arrive 2 hours early for Domestic travel & 3 hours early for International travel. That is no exaggeration. You've been warned!!!
- Starbucks line is shorter at 5 AM, but they only have 2 people instead of 3 or 4
- Great airline. Great service. Happy to be a frequent flyer!
- JeffJuly 11, 2011If going to gate 44, you take a shuttle bus to a bunch of gates isolated from the main terminal. Eat or grab togo before you head out there.
- RyanOctober 5, 2012Both AA and T4 are lame. Horrible layout for seating, limited food and drink options, super slow, not enough power outlets...I could keep going but I'm running out of characters.
- CarolynNovember 26, 2012Total lack of dining options. Terrible cell phone service. If you're stuck here for more than an hour do yourself a favor and take a cab somewhere else and come back right before your flight.
- KirkDecember 28, 2013One of the busiest airports in the world and so few charging stations. Another LAX fail.
- Brian BresnahanDecember 10, 2011The lack of power outlets is distressing, people are lined up to use the power poles
- Wunna KyawApril 3, 2012They can waive your luggage fees if you are coming off an international flight even if your luggages are not checked through.
- David PestrakOctober 8, 2012Gate 40 has free wifi... Maybe we're just close enough to the admial's lounge. Tee hee...!!
- For those that hate on T4, it beats the "remodeled" T6
- This is where I met Tony Romo. He was very nice. Even though I told him I'm a Packer fan.
- Adam ChristensenAugust 30, 2011Eat before you come. Only crappy food at term 4. The steak nachos at On The Border are the least sucky of the eating options.
