Hike up front side and run on the occasional flat sections. Take in the view at the top, then run down the back side and out via either the valley or ridge trails. I fall in love with BDR every time.
Stefan D.December 29, 2016If you're looking for a trail run that's guaranteed to kick your butt, run up Mt Sanitas. You can make it a loop too if you descend the other way.

Start your visit to Boulder here: like a local you'll be putting hiking, health, and nature first.
