Awesome stay!!! Jose Luis and Violeta in the regency club was awesome and very helpful. They made our stay! All the staff was great and very nice. The pool and beach was fantastic.

Michael K.April 12, 2014Get a room on the 12th floor or higher for the Club level rooms. I read that after April 30 this will no longer be a Hyatt Property so keep that in mind if you are a Hyatt frequent stayer.

Mathieu C.February 19, 2014While you are waiting at the front desk, have a drink or a book near you 'cause you're gonna wait there forever and EVER ! Seriously I haven't seen the front desk not busy during my whole vacations 👎
Get the Regency Club Ocean View Rooms; however, get earplugs for at least 2 nights or so - Dreams next door have LOUD themed nights (bands, Karaoke, contests, etc.)

Great location! So much to do around here. Not much of a spa! The service is great here. The food is good and reasonable. Beds are comfy.

The walls are thin! Its noisy here, but has the best best beach access in the zone....
Elevators are too hot and slow! Alejandro who works at night is a jackass! Besides that the hotel is great!

No sirve el wireless es mas rápida y efectiva la red de telcel :(

David ValdesJune 15, 2013Pésimo servicio, Hotel viejo y con mal mantenimiento. Si vienes no olvides traer tus propias toallas por que no hay. Cuidado con los cargos excesivos de propinas, tramposos y abusivos.
