Nice room..got lcd tv now..basemt car park not smelly anymore...but carefull when u bought thru agoda..check in n they say deluxe room fully bookd..luckily when recheck again got my deluxe room..sigh

Food tags from buffet line may different with the food served. Room was not proper clean. Found hair on bath tub and previous visitor Wifi password sheet on floor.

There is no in room iron service for the floor 10 and below. We need to go to iron room at 5th floor. Very inconvenience.

Limited ironing facilities. You need to go to 5tf floor for ironing room. Not convinient as we pay for 5* services.

Very very VERY bad operator service. Refusing to connect to room phone with excuse of "telefon tak letak betul". I was in the room and the phone was nothig wrong. What knd of policy are you holding?!
