SUMMER: walk out to the end of the dock for delicious cocktails. WINTER: sit by the outdoor firepit or indoor fireplace and try their signature warm drinks ("By the Fire" is a favorite).

Sit next to the fireplace in the winter. The duck dish was amazing and the hartford court russian river pinot was a great. Kinda expensive but well worth it, great food and great environment.

Schmaltzy resort style service but very good steaks. Cozy fire place. Get there early to watch the sunset over the lake. Bison tenderloin and Baked Tahoe for the win.

Try the Chocolate Trifle - Not like any chocolate trifle I've had, and it's amazing. Chocolate brownie, chocolate mousse, brulee bananas and popcorn semifreddo. (via @Foodspotting)

Absolutely stunning lake views. Part of the Hyatt system. Food was outstanding and the atmosphere is swanky. The price tag is definitely $$$$

Right on the beach so ask for a window seat and away from the fireplaces if you think you'd be too hot. Right across the street from the Hyatt resort.

Very overpriced but a good choice for special fancy events. For Thanksgiving they fashion a buffet with fantastic meats and seafood, cheese and specialties. $70 though.
