Guy ZaczekMarch 2, 2015I love TH and buy their product at dozens of locations every month but this location is by far the worst franchise site in North America. My whole family has Pine and HydePark stories to tell.
Best time to go is anytime before 815/830am ish. Lines are always short or nonexistent at that time :)
Try the frozen lemonade with a shot of raspberry, its awesome.

Anonymous TIPPERNovember 6, 2012Slow service 90% of the time.. Unorganized drive thru and workers. Also; infestations include: mold, maggets, bugs and now rats. Hooray!
Drive through is too slow no matter what time a day you come here.- It would probably just be better if you didn't come here..
