The hotel has one of Copenhagens Best cocktail bars. It's a very nice place to stay in the center Of Copenhagen.

The bar downstairs is very popular and loud.
Because it can get (very) loud at night-time (live DJ's at fridays/saturdays) , you will find a pair of earplugs in your room.

JamesAugust 6, 2014Nice staff but that's where the goodness ends. My room was tiny, hot/stuffy (no air con) and grubby.- There is a safe in each and every room, (in the wardrobe) which is free of charge!
Beds are too small as well as duvet. Aisles, stairs and maintenance in general is poor. No A/C in rooms tho hot weather might not be common. Breakfast buffet is OK but it gets crowded.

I have stayed here every time I go to CPH but lately,after being acquired by First Hotels things have changed for the worse. No more free dinner buffet, no free breakfast. Many of the old staff gone.- Free WiFi right here! You get the username/password at the time you "real-life"-check-in.
Good hotel with some nice additional free service, good location in the centre
The rooms are very small. Beds are soft and bouncy. THere is no aircon in the room. Only heater. Street noise can be heard in the room. Chime goes on every quarter from 0700-0000 making sleep horrible

Luis GaMay 6, 2010LIARS...!!! The size of a double bed is 100 cm...! If you want a real double bed you have to "upgrade" after you discover the fraud. They show at www.hotels.com false cheap prices. Do not book here..!- The dining room is tiny! Breakfast turns into a fight over the few tables!
