Hands down the best gym that I have ever been a member of. Darcy, my membership advisor is a sweetheart and everyone is just really helpful
Always clean and neat. The staff always goes out of their way to help!- Spacious place to work out. Very clean, lockers have built-in locks. No cafe, just a small selection of drinks and snacks.
Check out Neva's vinyasa yoga class. It will bring you to a new level spiritually and physically.
The classes are awesome, especially Cardio Sculpt and Tabata.
Say hello to Shant at the Front Desk!! He's pretty cool.. Just sayin'
Kettle Bell class with AnaBell will kill you but you also come back stronger on the other side.
- If you are looking for cold showers, you have come to the right place! Awful.
