Tracy MooreSeptember 4, 2012Just walked in to find a line out the door with one employee. I just read the tips here and it confirms this is always the case. My tip is u should go next door to WFM and visit their gelato counter
Long lines and only one worker at this location gets tiresome, although their staff always seem to have great customer service despite being understaffed. Ice cream always lives up to its hype.
Be prepared to wait for 15-30 minutes during the weekend. Rather drive up to the one near LSU.
If there's only one person working, you should probably go somewhere else.
