I love this hospital. Waiting areas are convenient, connecting buildings are comfy as well, kids can stay at 4th level for icecream treat, lots od food choices too
If elevator is a problem and you need to get few floors away, take the stairs. Stairs was designed well, long stairs but you'll be able to get to the other end with ease.

My go to hospital! BUT!! I just hate how inefficient the elevators are at the MATI Tower! I almost always use the stairs to go to different floors!
If you have a loved one admitted, try the TMC Hostel. Just ask the customer service. Wifi is good here! If ur not really in a hurry use the stairwell.
Try to look for either Zsa, Charm, Hazel or Jubay. They are the best and friendliest PT's I have had during my 18 sessions here. ;)

We like the hospital. State of the art equipment and doctors. Only bad thing is no wi fi for hospital guests or patient, who are waiting.

If you're on the 11th or 12th floor and you're on your way down, get in when the elevator is going up. By the time the elevators reach these floors (on the way down), they're usually full!

Elevator queue in MATI bldg is always long, but there's a hidden elevator serving up to the 6th floor :)

Saturday is always a busy day for TMC. Be sure to come on time for your doctor's appointment and outpatient procedures in order to avoid delays.
State of the art facilities, service to their patients like no other :)
For commuters from galleria, you will go down meters after medical city.there's no pedestrian near the entrance of the hospital (w/c is really weird). You'll see the footbridge after TMC, cross there.
When in line for the lifts in the medical arts building, be sure to check out the other lifts near the maxicare officd, so you can avoid the long queues.- Philip PalerFebruary 8, 2012Medical City provide top of the medical industry. People here are hospitable and caliber professionals. This is JCI Accredited Hospital. It means that the hospital service is at its best quality.
If you're planning to stay longer, park on the building across instead. Parking fee is just p45 for the first 18 hours. But beware, after 18 hours, you'll be charged p300.
There are 3 elevators somewhere between the main bldg and MATI. If you're goong anywhere between Ground to 5th floor, best to take one of these.

HMI office is by the food court. they close the office for lunch so if you have an appointment at that time, come early to get your form
Ask your doctor for available classes by the Center for Patient Partnership. They're very informative and best of all, they're free!

Better to park at the strip open parking with a flat rate of P40.00 from 6am to 12MN. Secured by TMC guards too.

Make sure to set your appointment. Waiting time for "walk-in" patients can take hours.
