Taormina is a rare gem. Definitely worth seeing! İt is a unique location on top of the hill overlooking to Etna. So charming and elegant with variety of hotels and restaurants

We loved this place. So ancient. Not everyone is friendly. It's clear a lot of local shops don't like tourists. But they're rudeness is offset by the others loveliness. de javu is a must eat at.

Beautiful village with small alleys to walk around. Don't miss the view of the beach from several spots. Be willing to explore for nice places to eat and shop.

Stroll down Corso Umberto I from Porta Catania to Porta Messina and enjoy the beautiful historic buildings and the amazing panoramas of the Sicilian east coast and Mount Etna.

Taormina has two parts: the Greek city, which runs from the Greek-Roman Theater to the clock tower on Piazza IX Aprile, and the medieval Norman city that stretches from there to Porta Catania.

Best way to get here is to take the gondola. Park in the lot at Mazzaro and avoid the traffic in Taormina, plus you get a bonus view from the car.

Lovely small touristic city. One of the most interesting in whole island

If there are to many people on Corso Umberto I go to the nearby smaller streets. And don't miss to visit the Greek theatre (best at morning or evening). Or take a walk upstairs to Castelmola.

Very clean but very narrow city. All sightseeing is around high street. Magnificent views!

If you have a car, Lumbi can be a great option to park it as it offers free shuttle to city center

Lovely town, narrow, romantic streets. Many food options and nice people.

Taormina has only one important sight, its Greek-Roman Theater, and a single day is plenty to experience the town.

I could come here 1000 times, and still be fascinated by the beauty and crystal clear water.

Be careful where you park your car. Tight streets. And bad restaurants. But the city and the view is beautiful.

Очень живописный туристический город, потрясающий вид на Этну и Калабрию с греческого театра. Много туристов.

Не в сезон пустынно. Поесть с 14 до 19 часов решительно негде. Из разведанных красот-только греческий театр. Поездка на один день-достаточна что бы пройти городок вдоль и поперек

Preciosa ciudad en Sicilia muy recomendable volveré con una estancia más larga.

Туристов и продавцов, как блох на бездомной кошке, главное - не заразиться. Можно спрятаться в парке или свалить к Этне.
