Mārcis RAugust 13, 2014"Dockland" in Riga, port area that artists since 2005-2008 turned into first creative quarter. Now artists are gone, but the feeling and some more commercial activities are still there.
Visit the nice restaurant/bar that was opened recently in the marina. Great view, good service and cozy seats.
