Scores on all fronts. Friendly helpful staff, a fine selection of beers on cask, keg and bottle, an outstanding selection of whisk(e)ys, and tasty tasty food, in particular, the smoked pork rib-eye.

Tables at the front are nice and bright. Have the cauliflower steak, it's amazing as is the three-cheese croquette

Very nice pub with a great beer selection. Had a Nøgne Ø Porter from 2011 yesterday. Wonderful!
Food and beer is usually good but inconsistent service and no heating of late makes it disappointing.
