John V.November 16, 2017They should probably just start over with this terminal. Dark & dingy, short ceilings, and narrow hallways. Bathrooms are tiny. Hopefully they’ll bring this terminal up to the same standards as 3 & 4.
Still open, dont know why marked as closed. United and Spirit go out of this terminal. Definitely go for the Mexican restaurant if you can. And the coffee store sells Martinelli's Apple Juice!!!

Josh 🌶☢July 29, 2019Terminal 2 is the armpit of PHX. Instead of suffering through its low ceilings, 80s carpet and limited food options, hang in Terminal 4 and take the free rail when you need - 10 minute ride.
The shoe shine in terminal two is the best in the airport. He does a great job.
AlexJanuary 12, 2020If anything, appreciate the massive Phoenix/mural above your head. Reported to be relocated to T3 before demo.
TSA Pre-check is back in Terminal 2. Though like most places, they're starting to let more of tbe general public come through.

Brett HochhalterAugust 15, 2012Slowest TSA line EVER! Also, Terminal 2 TSA requires all items to be in a zip-lock. They will not let you take them unless the are in a CLEAR zip-lock. Terminal 4 is far better!

Jim De BoerJanuary 27, 2011The WiFi speed is absolutely the worst of any airport I have ever been in. I have excellent signal strength and yes can't load a simple google search page in anything less than 3 minutes!
Duo WuMay 13, 2012Terminals here are not connected internally. Have to take a bus there. Be careful if you are making a connection here.
