Easy to get to. The North Avenue bus stop is across the street and the store is located next to the subway station. There is also validated parking, but I don't know how much it is.

BigTab R.N.June 13, 2011This is the place to get your Apple products. It's only hopelessly crowded on weekends but even then you'll be able to find a helpful associate with ease. Much better than the Mich Ave location.
Great service. The techs really believe in helping you. Can get very busy so scheduling an appointment before you arrive is recommended.
This store has a much more customer-friendly design than the downtown one on North Michigan Avenue. And there are more restaurants here in Lincoln Park.
Anderson VankayalaNovember 23, 2016There's parking in the building opposite. You'll need validation though. It's 3 bucks an hour $6 for 1-2 hours and regular cost if it's more than 2 hours. Get your parking pass validated at the store.
They were great quickly resolving an issue that was Apple's fault. Other retailers likely would have drowned me in red tape. A+ service at this one. Thanks.

If you need a cable or accessory and don't see it, just ask! They have some in the basement that aren't on display.

They are very unhelpful and rude here. Don't be 10 minutes late or more to your appointment or they bump you out another hour. Avoid this place at all costs
