- Encik AnifSeptember 11, 2014It's a huge airport. As for domestic traveler, come as early as possible before flight departure. Furthermore you'll need to do a lot of walking to the departure gate after check in.
- Something we can be proud of. Special attention on where did you park your car. You don't want to walk around the spacious area looking for one.
- Always come early, it's a nice airport but wit poor toilet facilities... This 1 thing surely can change your perception of it airport n make u wonder how they just worlds best airports

- Iqbal YusoffOctober 20, 2014A whole day parking is more expensive then in KL city center. Parking charges needs to be reconsidered by management. Wear comfortable shoes cause you'll be walking a whole lot to get to the gates.
- International and domestic/regional flights are well separated on different terminals. Spacious and big. Plan your time as it’s quite a long walk to gate for international flights
- I love that. One if the best airport. All the section under the the high speed internent and there are to many cafe and store for enjoying and west time☺
- The airport taxi service will cost a bomb to the unfamiliar. Buy a ticket first. its charges vary to how far you're going, how many of you in a group and how much luggage you have with it. Be aware!

- ElamAugust 12, 2014One of the nicest airports in the world, especially level 5. It's conveniently linked to the nearby klia2 economy airport with free bus rides, and the Kuala Lumpur by affordable bus and LRT routes.
- Nice airport, shops and restaurants all over, food price is reasonable. But you can't make any ATM withdrawal after 12am
- I can sit here all day long. Purposely came 8 hours earlier before my flight and what I did is sit at anjung tinjau enjoying the superb wifi!
- It's a large airport with a lot of facilities and a great ambience. If you're on international flight, the satellite terminal will pamper you with its facilities.
- Its so DUMB you can't go between KLIA1 and KLIA2 without going thru immigration and walking miles. Travellers allow at least 2.5 hours for connections!!!
- Modern airport with plenty of shops. International arrivals be aware that you need to get the shuttle to the arrivals area. I was surprised first time round.
- Find the movie hub in terminal C and if your lucky you can grab one of the couches to sleep on. Starbucks is near by with power outlets but be sure to have a power plug adapter.
- Nibbling done light Japanese noddles 'soba' with miso soup, fruit salad and pastry with tomato 🍅 juice at SIA Kris Lounge while awaiting flight to Munich via 🇸🇬 Singapore. Not much choices for me
- If you wanna use the surau, theres 2 in arrivals next to domestic arrivals, one next to the small hospital/clinic , one in anjung tinjau, one behind the kfc
- The check-in kiosk are very easy to be used if you opt away from mobile app check-in. Just be prepared with your details such as flight no. & passport information before approaching the kiosk.
- Awesome airport - Clean, good facilities but pity Duty free prices have gone up (Weak ringgit?)..
- Be sure to keep an eye on the signage because even though there's ample signage, you can still get lost here pretty easy. Maybe that's because there's an overkill of signage(?)
- olacafe britsincreteJanuary 9, 2017Taxi service is well organised. Be sure as you leave customs area to not miss the service windows before the glass doors. CCs accepted. Around RM100 to downtown KL. Taxis are limo quality w/good a/c.
- Quick bite at Noodles stall near Kopitiam. Airport not busy at this time. Nevertheless, comfortable with magnificent free 'wifi' to All passengers.
- OreoMarch 10, 2019Great airport offers shower room, praying room and dispenser in waiting room to make instant noodle. Just sleep on the couch/carpet at night during layover.
- Jenya SNovember 6, 2019Airport is clean (inc bathrooms), good dutyfree selection and plenty of food choices. Only one lounge is available with card access so it is extremely crowded. Skytrain between terminals is frequent.

- Lee Soon GuanNovember 29, 2016Nice airport. Quite efficient but can be better. Toilets are unappealing. Lots of shops to browse while waiting. Can't understand why rail line needed to connect domestic and international terminal.
- Flying to Bintulu for a day trip discussion. Domestic hall very quiet except for the noises made by salesperson at the various outlets including MAS ground personnel. Their attitude is very annoying
- One of the best airport in Asia! There are plenty of shops, restaurants and free WiFi. Read, follow the signs and don't get lost! Recommended to take KL Express if your going to the city. Bon Voyage!
