Kind of an under-the-radar pick, but the burger here is one of the best I've had in NYC. Also, if you don't order the Scotch Egg I'm going to come down and punch you in the face. It's delicious.

If you like menus that say things like "Ginger macerated strawberries" and "lemon breadcrumbs," this is the farm-to-table spot for you. My friend had the asparagus frittata which looks like this.

This is a great place to go with vegetarian friends. There are meat dishes but also a good selection of vegetarian dishes. I had a celery root pot pie and it was incredible.

I'm obsessed w/farm-to-table spots & this one is fab. Great atmosphere. Once you get there (it's out of the way) try the burger (medium not well) but don't splurge on truffles fries. Duck fat is enuff

Duck fat fries & a cool vibe on a quiet street down on the LES. Get a drink and catch some live music across the street at their sister joint, the Leadbelly, after your meal.

Hidden Gem of Orchard Street. The place is quiet and food is delicious. Go on Sunday and order the Scotch Eggs, the friend chicken and  share the homemade donuts.

This place is amazing for dinner+brunch. Farm to table-fresh season vegetables, amazing vibe, great both for dating and big groups of people. Root pot pie, english breakfast and coffee are exquisite!

The Fat Radish’s Beet Crumble: Served warm in a bread loaf pan, this at first appears to be dessert-like, but with melted goat cheese and hot beets beneath it, it's more of a savory surprise. Read more

Carrot appetizer with crispy kale, seaweed and avocado $16, grilled cheese with house made pickle $11 also good. Skip monkfish green curry that lacked both fish and flavor $26. Relaxed setting.

The portion of the food was bit small. I was still bit hungry after the meal but it is such a cute brunch place! Also, the food was really good. Highly recommend to make a reservation in advance!

Had a great heavy/light combo by sharing the bacon cheeseburger (w/ duck fat fries!) and the fat radish plate (chock full of fresh seasonal veggies). Will def be back to check out the Scottish egg.

A great place to come for either brunch or dinner if you're looking for a British-skewed menu that's a bit higher end and healthy. We LOVE the Scotch Egg.

Great burger and duck fat fries. Tomato salad was a bit 'meh.' Skip the donuts, but definitely try the banofee pie. Great for dates or groups (if you make reservations)

Fresh vegetables/greens & great selection of oysters. The market lettuce salad w/avocado & sesame vinaigrette was the most delicious thing I've had in a long time. Good wine list too.

You can't go wrong with the scallops (w/bacon jam!) or the burger. And scotch eggs are a must - especially if you're British & used to cheap pub versions ;) Yum. Definitely coming back here!

An upper tier burger with excellent duck fat fries. Order it without tomato to avoid burger & bun slippage.

Meals here start, aptly enough, with a gratis plate of radishes. Dishes are lighter and more vegetarian-friendly than your average gastropub. Case in point: sweet pea pot pie.

Bacon cheeseburger has some kind of inter-galactic cheddar that will make your mouth dance on its toes. Duck fat fries are no joke, super yum and almost the size of a very large cucumber.
