- Intercity 3pm to colombo usually a booked one! If u want to direct cmb, at 1.15pm udarata manike is available
Simple DiscoveriesSeptember 5, 2016It's busy and crowded & you'll get approached by many tuk-tuks. They aren't metered so agree to a price first and keep in mind many places in central Kandy aren't too far away (within 30 min walk).
One of the busiest place in the claim city. And mostly crowded. And most ppl like to travel in the train cos they n joy and its easy to go in the train. One of my favourite place.

Glad that good compartments are privately owned and is maintained well still even if the price is higher ;-)

Eman SayedNovember 23, 2013There's almost a train to every place around it & away from it. So, don't worry about any transportation.- Kandy - Hatton 4.45 #Tikirimanike daily train normally used to delay in big number of minites!
- Finally a great train that leave at 5.50 am from kandy getting you on time for work on q Monday morning.
It only gets busy in Monday mornings. Always a nice environment!
