- Behrad EatsJuly 8, 2015Great spice levels and tons of meat in the Spicy Satay Pho combination: rare beef, well done brisket, tripe, and meatballs in a spicy broth.
- Alaa ShakerJanuary 19, 2013Pho #4 & seafood pho are great! Good portions and excellent service too. We ordered a satay pho at first that was too hot for us. We told them and they changed it right away (at no extra charge).
- Lo PriceMarch 1, 2015I really enjoyed the jacky shrimp and of course the pho is pricey for pho but delicious. My favorite pho spot so far. Oh I go when it's happy our!
- ElizaSeptember 25, 2014Great place to eat! The atmosphere was very modern and chic. The pho tai was delicious! Broth was average but their portions are very filling.
- Nela LichtscheidlNovember 18, 2013Incredibly delicious and very cheap! Lunch time is the best time to go ... everything just tastes fresh and exquisite!
- Phil LombardiJanuary 17, 2014Great food and great portions. Price was very reasonable for the amount of food. And the Bartender was extremely friendly
- Dan IradiFebruary 7, 2014Only one Vegan option on the menu -- which was tasty if you add peanut sauce and siriacha.
- Vashti JMarch 20, 2014$6 dirty gin martinis during happy hour, $8 regular price. You can't beat that. Seriously.
- piperDecember 12, 2012The seafood Pho was pretty good...the squid was a bit rubbery but the scallops & shrimp were delicious.
- Great bubble teas. Vietnamese coffee smoothie flavor is one of my faves.
- Pho DC #1. I've had cheaper/better Pho, but this is by far the best Pho in the Penn Quarter!
- Just MeAugust 8, 2013Overpriced, flavorless pho-the blandest pho I've had in Dc. Service was all right, albeit a bit slow. If you want real pho, go to Pho 14 instead and leave Pho DC to the tourists.
- Rebecca MaiselApril 22, 2013Warning, the pho is BEEF ONLY. Vermicelli noodles are only veggie option.
- Kim NguyenOctober 1, 2011this was the most expensive pho I have ever had..it was good but it was $14 for a bowl of pho!
- Morgan ThomasMay 20, 2011Not the most best pho but pretty good (wish the noodles weren't soggy) but the spring rolls are good and it is a swanky place.
- Dizzie TotJanuary 6, 2014PHO was expensive.tasteless(diluted). not freshly cooked. didnt taste any close to authentic pho. its like u bought instant noodles. this has my two thumbs down :(
- SheilaAugust 18, 2011Asked the hostess how was the service as we were leaving, because one of their hip waiters never came to our table. So we never had the opportunity to taste their grossly overpriced Pho.
- Megan LipsmeyerMarch 24, 2013Waste of time, waited 10-15 minute just for somebody to ask if we wanted a drink.
