There is a small outdoor patio. There is a happy hour from 3-5pm. The boba milk tea is good. Right near the fountain near AMC theatre.

Great place for a small meal and amazing drinks! I promise you'll fall in love with their "Love Potion" if you enjoy a sugary, cold drink! 😄

Their boba is tasty and the perfect consistency! Had the taro teazer (a frozen/blended drink) and it was tasty!

Way too sweet even just 1/4 sugar, also tastes like the power you can get from supermarket. Not worth $5.

Unless you like excessively sweet drinks, stay away. I got my milk tea 1/4 sweet and it was barely drinkable.
