Harika BiliciDecember 28, 2014Great deal. Get the park plaza room (7th floor) for free buffet breakfast, canepe hour from 5.30-7.30 pm & 2 pieces of free laundry+ NY Times daily! Clean and nice overall. Great location too.

The higher the better. No view besides nearby building so curtains closed. Overall nice hotel.

Shane MacDonaldJuly 21, 2013I often stay in this hotel and definitely recommend it. There's not much difference in the deluxe rooms and executive rooms other than the latter face the street. Not worth the money to upgrade.
Wi-Fi log-in problems? Use "itna" as the username and password.
The cheaper Superior rooms (odd #) have much better views than more expensive Deluxe rooms (even #). The space difference isn't big enough to warrant going Deluxe.
Wonderful hotel. Ken @ the front desk is great and knowledgable.- Overall nice hotel, but quite a bit of noise from the road. Stayed due to good Club Carlson promotion.

Niina LehikoinenJuly 23, 2011Good 4 star hotel, spacious rooms, nice touches. BUT: don't eat here. Thai food was bland, nothing special. You'll find much better street food, which is 10 times cheaper. Pad Thai was worst ever.
