If you rented a car from an offsite provider like Alamo, they do have a shuttle to take to you their rental facility. Ignore the other shuttle and taxi drivers and find the Alamo rep outside

I loved Los Cabos . You all should be aware of that the new airport does not have any exit signs also watch out from the time share guys they will act like airport officials or shuttle drivers .

It's better to rent a car than getting a Taxi or a Shuttle, you can go wherever you want and you'll end up paying more or less the same. :-)

Aeromexico will add a flight from september this year to Narita airport, Japan. The route is a variation of its Tijuana-Narita flight, and will include a connection in Los Cabos, Baja California.

Fantastic airport, but beware that they do not allow tripods as carry-on. I learned the hard way. I'll miss you ol' three legged friend. ☹️

in this time of covid, have your boarding passes in hand or on your phone; you won't get inside without one. lots of enforcement with social distancing and health care questionnaires. happy travels!

The VIP lounge is nice. sometimes crowded and passemger controlled, but the empanadas were excellent and service prompt. Leave a tip- propina for the hard working staff.

You can use the wi-fi for free for a little while before having to pay. Click to continue the "trial". May not be able to get back on after rebooting.

Not sure how long this wifi loophole will last, but if you connect to "infinitum movil," you can't access web pages, but you can access all your apps that generate their own content: FB, Mail, etc.

This airport needs some improvement ASAP! Endless lines and those for United Premier were even slower than the Economy ones! Don't be late and get there in time if you don't wanna miss your flight.

Found arrivals to be a breeze relative to other Mexican airports. But do leave extra time for checking in on your outbound flight as automation for the bag drop and boarding pass process is lacking.

Decent airport, don’t eat at the corona cafe, the food is marginal. Chicken soft tacos are just chicken in tortilla beans on the side. Disappointing

After exiting customs, ignore first arrival hall (unless you have prebooked transfers). A shuttle booked in the SECOND hall@was USD 17 per person to Cabo San Lucas...and no timeshare sales pitch

The cheapest way to get into the city is taking the Ruta del Desierto bus out of the terminal. It's only 4 USD and it's air conditioned.

The departures area is a freakshow. Long, snaking qeues obstructing thru traffic with no signage, and a fair measure of customs and airline personnel ineptitude. Bleh.

New airport does not equal quality airport. The departure terminal is crowded with long lines for their limited food choices. No airlines lounges only make it worse. Feels more like a bus station.

Beware of the pushy shuttle drivers in the first two rooms after you leavr border control. If you have organized transport keep on going for the exit only there will you meet your real driver.

When you land and pass customs, put sunglasses on and go through left sliding door, then turn left in main lobby (into 'residents' area) to avoid timeshare gauntlet.
