- Cali NerdJune 27, 2013If you rented a car from an offsite provider like Alamo, they do have a shuttle to take to you their rental facility. Ignore the other shuttle and taxi drivers and find the Alamo rep outsideUpvoted Jan 25
- Mac ASeptember 16, 2013I loved Los Cabos . You all should be aware of that the new airport does not have any exit signs also watch out from the time share guys they will act like airport officials or shuttle drivers .Upvoted Feb 20
- Migüel Arment-aDecember 9, 2013It's better to rent a car than getting a Taxi or a Shuttle, you can go wherever you want and you'll end up paying more or less the same. :-)
- Los Cabos TourismApril 4, 2014Aeromexico will add a flight from september this year to Narita airport, Japan. The route is a variation of its Tijuana-Narita flight, and will include a connection in Los Cabos, Baja California.
- Mark WatsonJune 22, 2016Fantastic airport, but beware that they do not allow tripods as carry-on. I learned the hard way. I'll miss you ol' three legged friend. ☹️
- in this time of covid, have your boarding passes in hand or on your phone; you won't get inside without one. lots of enforcement with social distancing and health care questionnaires. happy travels!
- Mark ButterfieldMay 20, 2023The VIP lounge is nice. sometimes crowded and passemger controlled, but the empanadas were excellent and service prompt. Leave a tip- propina for the hard working staff.
- jansen cApril 24, 2016Free wifi, two bars right outside of the airport so you can grab a drink before you even get to the resort
- Definitely recommend the VIP lounge in the National terminal, comfy, good food, drinks, wifi, outlets, private restrooms..
- jonasSeptember 17, 2013You can use the wi-fi for free for a little while before having to pay. Click to continue the "trial". May not be able to get back on after rebooting.
- Staffan HolmgrenNovember 16, 2013Nice little airport, plenty of food and some nice duty-free shopping.
- Amy ChantasirivisalJune 23, 2014Not sure how long this wifi loophole will last, but if you connect to "infinitum movil," you can't access web pages, but you can access all your apps that generate their own content: FB, Mail, etc.
- myluvizshoezAugust 23, 2015Simple & easy to maneuver. Two hours before your flight is more than enough time. Very clean. Starbucks near gate 8 in terminal 2
- ブルーノJanuary 16, 2014This airport needs some improvement ASAP! Endless lines and those for United Premier were even slower than the Economy ones! Don't be late and get there in time if you don't wanna miss your flight.
- LeoSeptember 8, 2014Beautiful airport, but with nothing to do! It has some good food options inside the boarding area, though.
- David TesarAugust 14, 2022There is a food court at the end of the gate area (#1) with Carl's Jr, Sbarro, Subway.
- Finally the airport is up and running decently, one good year after Odile. 👍🏻
- Brian StraussApril 9, 2018Found arrivals to be a breeze relative to other Mexican airports. But do leave extra time for checking in on your outbound flight as automation for the bag drop and boarding pass process is lacking.

- Tricia FalkApril 9, 2018Decent airport, don’t eat at the corona cafe, the food is marginal. Chicken soft tacos are just chicken in tortilla beans on the side. Disappointing
- Giggly PugJuly 23, 2019After exiting customs, ignore first arrival hall (unless you have prebooked transfers). A shuttle booked in the SECOND hall@was USD 17 per person to Cabo San Lucas...and no timeshare sales pitch
- Ed GMarch 15, 2017The cheapest way to get into the city is taking the Ruta del Desierto bus out of the terminal. It's only 4 USD and it's air conditioned.
- Go to LA MEZCALERIA they have the best prices in town and specials on margaritas beer etc all week!!!!
- Travel.gc.ca - Travel Advice for CanadiansMarch 5, 2013Did you know that tourists must have a visa: Tourist card (Multiple Migratory Form for Foreigners, or FMM, provided by airlines or at points of entry). Read more
- The departures area is a freakshow. Long, snaking qeues obstructing thru traffic with no signage, and a fair measure of customs and airline personnel ineptitude. Bleh.
- New airport does not equal quality airport. The departure terminal is crowded with long lines for their limited food choices. No airlines lounges only make it worse. Feels more like a bus station.
- Grace CheungJune 8, 2013Love that it's super quick to get through customs & to check-in & get through security.
- Ewa ZawolJuly 2, 2011Beware of the pushy shuttle drivers in the first two rooms after you leavr border control. If you have organized transport keep on going for the exit only there will you meet your real driver.
- JohnNovember 19, 2013Long wait for the departing flight? Carl's Jr has wifi - password is "areasmexico". Enjoy!
- Raul CorreaJanuary 31, 2018I didn't have any problems anywhere near nor far. Free of problems for two weeks.
- Pre-order your private transportation needs with Luxury Villa Collections, skip the lines and save money!
- luke petersonSeptember 10, 2011When you land and pass customs, put sunglasses on and go through left sliding door, then turn left in main lobby (into 'residents' area) to avoid timeshare gauntlet.
- Godwin EMay 17, 2013Head straight to the exit/local transport outside the airport. Stay away from the vacation/timeshare hawks by baggage claim
- Regina ChatmanOctober 9, 2018Make sure you keep all the paperwork from your flights. In you passport. Cause they are going to ask for it, when you fly out of Mexico.
- Brooke RaekerJanuary 18, 2014Cleanest airport I've ever seen. Organized lines and security keeps them that way.
- Joan MMarch 6, 2011There is free wifi in the departure area. Burger king and some other random free ones. Enjoy!
- Baja Magdalena Sport Fishing/Eco Tour AgencyFebruary 11, 2013rental cars .. cheapper then taxi,,, use dollar! eurpcar, n budget to get a really good deal
