Make sure you take the slow ferry across to Isla Mujeres and plan to spend the day there! Rent a golf cart and drive around exploring the island! It's so tranquil!

Far from the hotel area, but a beautiful resort. I got the timeshare because this and the one in Puerto Vallarta are gorgeous! I'll be back!!!

Punta Sam ferry is super slow, and has fewer trips to Isla Mujeres (double check timings). The tour operators between VDP and ferry on the beach talk nice but do end up charging you more

Thieves! Liars! Robbers came in our room on our absence hacked safety box and took $3.4K. I've been contacting them since I got back from Cancun but the last reply I got more than month ago.

Got married beautiful place the only issue was service we felt they just had a few bugs to work out being a new place so guess it would be understaff Imagine not a issue anymore :)

Actually... WIFI IS NOT FREE! And all inclusive food is not that great :/. For being a far away of dt place, it should offer better deals., the non all inclusive food at Casona is really good btw.

Es un hotel súper bonito, la playa es muy limpia, tienen una área de albercas muy grande y diferentes tipos de restaurantes.

El Day Pass vale cada uno de los 75 dólares! Pasamos un día increíble, comimos riquísimo, disfrutamos todas las piscinas, el mar, el paddle, los 5 min de masaje gratis!!! Súper recomendado

PÉSIMO servicio. Si quieres servicio de 3 pesos, entonces ven aquí (además está muy lejos de todo y no da mejores beneficios que cualquier otro hotel en la zona hotelera)
