Amazing and beautiful experience. Each course and dish was delicious and unique. I especially loved the uni, roe, and wagyu dishes. Even the basic appetizers were good. Some of the best desserts.

Chef Niki Nakayama trained under Takao Izumida and Morihiro Onodera, composing stunning plates that are creative and flavorful. The wine selection might be the best in town for a sushi restaurant.

Niki Nakayama did away with the nine-course dinner, so your only option is the thirteen-course kaiseki (or vegetarian menu); you’ll be thankful for the extra rounds of Alaskan king crab and sea bass.

Go for the 13 course tasting instead of the 9, unless you eat like a bird. Delicious, beautiful food, but portions are like that of any other artisanal Japanese restaurant.
