When i bit into the Chipotle Cheese Steak, I saw the steam come off it, it was THAT fresh! Since it was my first time, the staff helped me out in picking the bread. Service is quick!

Get your sandwich Mike's Way: lettuce, tomatoes, onions, vinegar, oil, spices. Fave is The Original Italian - ham, prosciuttini, cappacuolo, salami, pepperoni and provolone.

Good subs, but they're super disorganized. Nearly impossible to be in-and-out in less than 15 or 20 minutes.

I'm a restauranteur and this was the worst customer service experience in my life! After 20 minutes of waiting on the side, they hand me another customer's sandwhich who ordered after me! Repulsive!

Worst - ordered two reg #7s not realizing two regs = a giant. Instead of letting me know and charging me $10 for my sandwich they charged me $15. Got home and it was mushroom and cheese.. Not the #7
