- Austin ChronicleJanuary 17, 2013They had us at 4-hour validated parking. OK, there's also the terrific arthouse and foreign programming, the artisanal cheese plate and full bar, but it bears repeating: 4-hour validated parking! Read more
- Amazing! I highly recommend this place! They have a parking lot off 2nd and San Antonio with a blue entrance sign on the side of the sushi place. Great seats, great service, and fantastic programming!
- Alachia QueenJune 1, 2013Great small theater. The seating is stadium style and the staff is very friendly. Will be coming back! You can get parking validated inside.
- Nicole McAfeeApril 15, 2015The only theater where you WANT to sit in the front row. Buy tickets online and pick out your seats. Arrive early for food/drinks. Unlike Alamo, they do not deliver food to you in the theater.
- Matthew AshMarch 22, 2015Classy joint. Everyone is wearing plaid and boots...but its cool if u just roll in some comfy attire. The establishment is well maintained and fully stocked bar!! Try truffle fries.
- Social News NetworkJune 29, 2012Great venue, and great atmosphere. First, you need to reserve tickets ahead of time - they sell out frequently. Second, take a date here. Oh, and parking is validated. One of my favorite theaters.
- Austin 360May 8, 2012This art-house theater features four screens, with 50 seats or fewer in each screening room, and a lobby bar and patio serving heavy appetizers. Customers get free parking in the adjacent AMLI garage.
- Get there early the food takes a while and then you have to get up during the movie to pick it up. Brussel sprouts are a must order
- SundanceTVJuly 13, 2012The 4-hour parking is included with the movie. There's a variety of healthier munchies and a small selection of the usual candy. The espresso drinks are a billion times better than Starbucks.
- Best damn theatre in the 512. Great beer and solid pizza makes the movie experience that much better. Fantastic gin selection as well, if that's your thing.
- If you sit in the front row you don't have to feel bad to get up and get a drink during the movie. And the seats are super comfy!
- Paul SuwanFebruary 18, 2022They give you up to four hours free parking validation in the adjoining garage that leads right into the theater! Take advantage!
- It's a good idea to reserve your tickets online and make sure to get there early. It's a small theatre, and they might not let you enter if you're late.
- Andy BitnerMarch 27, 20134 hours of parking validated is huge. Great little restaurant and bar. I'd do just to hang out there. Movies are a bonus.
- Joel VictorianAugust 8, 2014This place has a super dope vibe and super friendly staff. The cherry on top is VALIDATED PARKING!
- Scott ForshayJuly 13, 2014Outstanding experience here. Fantastic service and top notch facilities. Highly recommended!!!
- Jeff BobulaOctober 26, 2012Validate your parking before the movie so the clowns don't think you're the clown trying to pull a fast one on them (and so you don't forget).
- Brandi LyonsJuly 3, 2013Come early and have some of the best cocktails in Austin... Especially the ones with bourbon
- Best hotdog around. Fresh cut fries too. Open for lunch. No movie required.
- c0uPMarch 14, 2013Love that they have a good selection of great film books at the back of the cafe to peruse freely.
- RachaelAugust 21, 2014Decently priced food that looked tasty (had dinner beforehand, but I'll definitely try it next time).
- Absolutely get your tickets early so you can grab one of the ultra-cushy front row seats.
- The Austin Grand PrixDecember 30, 2011Order your food & drinks at the in-house restaurant & bar and then walk them into your theater. Enjoy the film in your reserved, over-sized leather chairs.
- i've never not sat on the front row at this cinema. it's like rock star seating. look for row A when buying your tix online.
- jessica m. hintermeisterAugust 21, 2012an art-house theater with reserved seats and a full-service café
- Viewing angle from the last row is a bit off. Just a bit too high. (Row E for example, in theater 4
- ElizabethNovember 26, 2012If you're a yuppie, you will love this place. I'll take character over "style" any day.
- Colby RingeisenJune 25, 2016Eat before your movie as they have a cafe but don't serve food in the theater (WTF?).
- Jonathon TaylorNovember 12, 2022I mean the popcorn was huge. The movie was meh, but that's not the theater's fault.
- The feel of a great L.A. theater with the weirdness of Austin just outside :)
- Steve WilliamsJuly 17, 2011$4 for a friggin' bottle of Topo Chico? C'mon! Even Alamo Draft House only charges $1.50. I know everything costs more in movie theaters, but not THAT much more.
- Kelsey Van MeterFebruary 23, 2012Smells funny but you get used to it. They also have Dublin dr pepper in the fountain
