Nice little corner bar to go after dark. They make great Cuban sandwiches here and the drinks are good too. They give you a nice little postcard when your done paying the bill.

Been here for brunch. Tasty Cuban (beware- it comes on a roll) and awesome fish tacos. Nice brunch cocktails. Love the Beach Dad. Service is slow though so do not come here in a hurry.

The Croque Señora: a Cuban sandwich, Croque Madame hybrid on a soft, sweet brioche bun... After just a few bites, I knew that I'll soon get cravings for this thing. Highly recommended!

At $10 each, the cocktails are also way better than they need to be, especially the Mi Corazon—a twist on a piña colada that balances spicy Fresno peppers with coconut puree, cachaca, and lime juice. Read more

From the guys who brought you Five Leaves. Excellent cocktails - try the Smokalada or slushy of the day if you're feeling fun. Fish tacos might be the best in NY.

@ this Latin-Caribbean-themed joint, frozen margaritas are available nightly, + a frozen drink of the day, like cachaça & mango Hora de Festa, a pisco sour that substitutes coconut cream for egg white

During brunch, the avocado toast is absolutely killer. Good bread slathered with tons of fresh avocado and chili flakes for $6. Perfect breakfast. Three thumbs up!

Service here is always a little clunky...like the kitchen/bar/servers can't really get on the same page. But if you're coming for the frozen raspberry margarita or the frozen daiquiri, you won't care.

With the Croque Señora no longer on the menu, Nights and Weekends has definitely dropped a few rungs in the hierarchy of Greenpoint restaurants. But, it's still infinitely better than Calexico.
