Rude security guard at e escalator. Balding & wears specs. Has a REALLY bad command of English (despite being local) & doesn't understand e rules of entry of e very casino that he's gate keeping for.
Bouncer near the escalator is so rude, zero customer orientation. The food court is the only good thing over in that building. Can't wait for Crown to close them down.
Food is the worst in sydney..pizzas are probably the worst in the world....if food court is closed then don't bank on food...go to maccas or hungry jacks...cheaper and tastier...
The food and beverage outlets do not have a clue about each other. Directed to a place where we were told we could eat and then discover a 2 hour wait. Hopeless staff!
