We really enjoyed the train ride. Get your tickets and pay for your food before going. You save money! Great service too.

Relaxing two hour ride through the beautiful gorge. Food (very good!) and drinks available. Staff is very friendly , great service. Note: you may have to share a table.

Definitely do this! Splurge and have the dinner, the food was SURPRISINGLY good! I got the chicken sandwich.

It's awesome in the Vista Dome, a nice train ride along the Arkansas River, beautiful mountain views. And the prime rib was delicious.

Great train ride. Food is very good. Try the paninis. Sit on the left side (when riding the train) for the best overall view from your seats.

Try the authentic Oktoberfest Train. Enjoy traditional German food,music and beverages during a breathtaking journey through the Royal Gorge. Its an excellent time!

You go in one direction, and come right back via the same route. I’ve done other scenic train rides in other countries and they’re far better. Even the food was subpar. I guess I was expecting more.

The shop, the entertaiment for the kids on the train. The food was excellent as well.

Super expensive, cool to go on once for the experience, wouldnt go anymore because it's just not worth it. Eat at Big Daddys Diner either before or after the ride though!!

Ride the Vista Dome for an open aerial view of the Royal Gorge. 1,000-ft cliffs are stunning along the tumbling Arkansas. Lunch, dinner + wine train fare took this trip to another level. Total treat! Read more

This is a cool thing to see. Rates for riding seem quite high for the actual experience, worth about HALF the cost. Food on board is good, but also overpriced. Assigned seating is odd. Is good.
