    Really good Eggs Benedict. Uses pork belly instead of the Canadian bacon. The potato hash side that comes with is great.

    Chef Mark never disappoints. Fried chicken is stellar and NZ venison is a try-before-you-die experience. Go with bread pudding or pavlova.
