You may he tempted to fill up on the gratis corn bread. Don't. You must save room for the biscuit that comes with the fried chicken. Simply amazing biscuit

First time here. Love this place + it's alley location. Food: The shrimp + grits were off the chain! Same goes for the mac + cheese. Alcohol: The gin + jam was amazing. I'll definitely be back.

Their fried chicken is nice and crispy on the outside, tender and juicy on the inside, bursting with flavor! I can't help but order this every time I come here.

Crispy fish Benedict and the apples to pineapples drink are both great. My southern friends do NOT approve of their sweet tea though. It's SF sweet, not Georgia sweet.

Another Southern inspired spot we love. We were excited about the drinks - Bourdon Apple Cobbler, Hellapeno, and the Gin & Jam – but the unbelievably comprehensive wine list that really worked us up.

OMG the best food ever. Complimentary bread was truly amazing, chicken wings beautiful and fried steak... to die for. Finished by chocolate fudge,can't eat for week now! Best meal yet in SF!

Great local beer + delicious food (I got the pulled pork sandwich and highly recommend it) + bacon infused bourbon. You can't go wrong.

Black eyed peas fritters are wonderful. So are the cheese grits with bacon. Both are large portions, so be ready. Southern fried steak was marvelous. Such a good place to eat.

Mac and cheese is beyond amazing. I'm not a huge fan of pork chops but I took the servers suggestion and it was amazing. This is a must visit.

if you're an east coaster, don't expect nickel-sized bivalves when you order the fried oysters. these things are the size of your thumb, served with an incredible jalapeño aioli...and delicious.

Cornbread! Delicious, comes w/ honey butter. Mac n cheese and fried chicken also A++. Wanted to <3 the carbonara, but it needed more egg and pasta too al dente.

Wings are the best we've ever had. Mac and cheese was solid. Fried chicken was solid as well. Biscuits were out of this world . Service was amazing. Ask for Amanda .

Really good mixologists here. Drinks were the highlight of the meal - unique and tasty concoctions. Also, try the sweet potato ice cream with melted marshmallow dessert. Nom nom.

Get the pork chop w/ okra & sweet potato purée. Hesitant since I don't really like pork chops, but this dish converted me into a true believer. Perfect combo of flavors!

Take it from a table of Atlantan-turned-Franciscans: fried chicken and mac n' cheese are not to be missed. Gin and Jam and Whiskey Smash are our house beverage favorites.

One of the best craft beer lists ever. Always good & always changing. The food is great across the board, but the Farm Burger and Bacon-crusted Mac&Cheeae are awesome!

Great southern food place in the heart of downtown. The shrimp and grits are my favorite. A little noisy so be prepared to talk loud.

Just had brunch here and it was great. The breakfast burrito was great with slow cooked beef and potatoes, accompanied by a smashing bloody Mary.

Everything is so good here. Calamari serving is a bit small but otherwise delicious. Velvet Buffalo cocktail is great!
