On the 2nd floor is the office of a wine distribution company where they sell also retail but in a limited basis. Cheap good wine right at your doorstep.

Hotel is really old i remember this kind of furnished hotel when i was 5. The location is good, right next to Makati Avenue which is a major thoroughfare in getting to the business district.

Creepy elevator and building is old BUT big and clean rooms awaits you and nice location
