Breakfast and hungry? Get the crispy corned beef and jalapeño breakfast sandwich. It's huge, has tasty cream cheese, egg, corned beef and jalapeño on an Onion Roll. They also serve Stumptown Cold Brew

Want to kill your productivity post lunch with a meat-induced coma? Go for their famous Smoked Meat sandwich with cured brisket, mustard, and rye. It's a worthwhile and cheaper rival to Katz's.

The Mile End fries can stand unadorned, but the real winner here is the poutine, available in classic and smoked meat varieties ($9-$16). This dish is smothered in cheese and gravy, use a fork!! Read more

You don't need the egg, or even the the cheese, for that matter. The patty—a 50/50 blend of the deli's signature Montreal-style smoked meat and minerally beef—shines on its own in the Mile End Burger. Read more

The breakfast poutine was made by some French Canadian mad scientist. It's poutine, with bacon and two sunny side up eggs thrown on top. Prepare to have the rest of your day (blissfully) ruined.

Everyone raves about the Smoked Meat Sandwich, which is indeed delicious, but try Beef on Weck for the best roast beef sandwich of your life. The salted, caraway-seed-embedded "weck" roll is amazing!

Mile End's combination of smoked meat and fresh beef makes a mean hamburger! Cooked on a smoking-hot griddle and topped with American cheese, a fried egg, red onion, pickle, and mustard mayo.

Named after Montreal's Mile End neighborhood, home to some of the best poutine and smoked meat in the world. If you've never had a poutine, now's your chance. It looks odd but it tastes like heaven.

Poutine may sound odd, but it's actually kind of perfect. Crispy fries soak up the drippings from the smoked beef, melted cheese curds are dotted throughout, and a deliciously thick gravy tops it off.

Special today: breakfast schnitzel. Two sunny-side up eggs on two chicken thighs, layered with gravy and topped with scallions, applesauce on the side. PERFECTION. Ask them to put it on the menu.

If you're two people then I'd highly recommend the chicken schnitzel BLT and the smoked meat sandwich. Split a pickle (it's a big spear split in two so very shareable) and some coleslaw.
