Annie LuOctober 10, 2012Service is prompt and unfailingly polite. I came in for a late dinner/work session and found outlets and tables to be plentiful. Iced green tea is so delicious and a little fruity - I'm addicted!
You shouldn't leave your dishes at the table when you are done. The people who bring you the food aren't waiters, they certainly aren't getting tipped. Make their lives easier during a lunch rush!!!
If you want a seat make sure you get here before noon. Many days the place starts hitting capacity at about 11:50., then you've got cranky customers upset at people enjoying their meal!
Get the brownie! The steak & white cheddar panini and the Caesar salad are great too. Order on the app/iPad and you can add more veggies free of charge!

Joe FairchildJanuary 15, 2013Definitely get the Bacon Turkey Bravo..it's served on a tomato bread and is absolutely sensational!- The Big Kid Grilled Cheese is awesome but a bit on the small side. It's pretty tiny if going halfsies as part of a You Pick Two. At the price it would have been nice for it to be a little bit bigger.
Don't count on seats during lunch rush on the weekdays. Take it to go and then see if you find a table!
Victoria DimJanuary 18, 2015They toast bread slices only from one side, wtf?? Rye bread is not made of rye, it is just wheat bread with small rye kernels. They also use soy flour in breads, without any notice for allergics.
Line has been out the door since it opened. It moves pretty quickly though.
The staff is efficient and friendly but the customers here are awful. If you're done eating, get up and leave so someone else can sit. And clean up after yourselves ya filthy animals!
So glad to have a Panera nearby! Line moves fast but 9 times out if 10 they will forget dressing on your takeout order. Check before you leave!!

- 12:10 - latest I've gotten here in a month and the place is packed with a huge line to order. Need to start taking my own advice! ;)
Happy that I found a panera near work.. I love the french onion soup..line goes pretty fast..and order comes real quick too

MelAugust 10, 2012I used to live in NY. Got used to the fact that NYers are rude... until my most recent visit in 8/12. This Panera location has the friendliest employees I've encountered at any Panera.

I'm so surprise how QUICK I place my order and then 5 minutes later my order was up! So impressed :)
Lines are super long during lunch hours but they move pretty fast.
