Amazing coffee. Try a latte. Better than Luxxe and rivals intelligentsia. However, tip for new coffee shops on highly competitive streets: be extra friendly to your new customers. It goes a long way.

Sublime coffee, great atmosphere, good downbeat electro music, very bright with lots of natural light, very friendly staff. Bolivia pourover doesn't need anything in it. Mellow and rich. Perfect with a chocolate and pistachio cookie. So good they almost didn't make it to a picture
The owners are a couple who told me that they met at a coffeeshop; so cute! They're always here on the weekends, even though they both have their "real" jobs during the week.

They have kombucha on 2 nitro taps from health-aide. I remember pink lady apple and California grape or original.
the owner (Stewart) and team are wonderful. great use of space as well.
- Great coffee. They use quality milk, unlike Luxxe up the street. But how do you open a coffee shop these days that doesn't have wifi?!!
Mocha here is sweetened (perfectly) unlike some other shops. Don't miss monkey bread.- Coffee is great. Nice spot. But given the location, the audience is audacious. Loud valspeak chicks.

- Quite possibly, the best thing to happen to Santa Monica in our lifetime. The pastries are extraordinary (via Farm Shop) and the coffee sublime (Stumptown). Sip. Smile. Enjoy life :)
