- One of my favorite spots to grab coffee or breakfast in Shoreditch. Avocado toast and flat white are a perfect start to the day. (Wifi password: connect123)
- Vic McGinJanuary 17, 2016Avocado on toast with dukkah and poached eggs. Best breakfast and soy cappuccino since I left Melbourne.
- Lisa Talia MorettiAugust 17, 2013Don't want to pay £2.60 for a cappuccino? Get a long black with hot milk instead. The porcini mushroom & polenta brunch is delicious! If you have a sweet tooth, opt for the French toast - swoonworthy
- My favourite brunch place by Old Street. The best damn thing on the menu: wild mushrooms toast. Absurdly good.
- IrinaOctober 14, 2014Good for work on the weekdays and for brunch on the weekend! French toast with bacon and roasted bananas are to die for!
- Daren WilliamsMarch 16, 2018Excellent Aussie cafe with a range of brunch and lunch options, decent coffee and cakes, and plenty of space.
- They make their own amazing Apple and Ginger jam, and when you have it on their sourdough toast it's one of the nicest food combinations in Old Street!
- David ROctober 7, 2019Trendy Aussie cafe. Highly recommend the corn fritters. Add an egg and chorizo for good measure. They have space put back if you have a jacket.
- Michael ColleyNovember 21, 2014Love the coffee and pretty much everything about this place, except for the half asleep barista in the morning. Come on man, it doesn't take 10 minutes to make an Americano....
- Erin BJuly 16, 2017Corn fritters are amazing. Coffee is excellent. Very popular for brunch, so make a reservation if you are showing up after 9:30.
- Coffee(In)Touch GuideJune 9, 2014The place is oozing with Aussie and Kiwi influence, from its coffee drinks (the flat white is a hit) to its customers.....Learn More: London: Coffee(In)Touch Guide Read more
- Been a regular here to avoid the queues at sister cafe in fitzrovia. Food still great, coffee still good (occasionally inconsistent) however service is slipping & you still have to pay the 12.5%
- Rachel RothAugust 26, 2018Great brunch options! They take bookings, but there were plenty of seats around 10am on Sunday
- Nice surroundings. Great takeaway coffee, only thing I don't like is all the food is exposed and not covered. Have seen flies on cakes etc, which puts me off from purchasing.

- toniAugust 23, 2014The good: the French toast, the sausage muffin, the courgette bread. The bad: the unpredictable closing times! Has been known to shut an hour before the 3.30 closing time. Don't plan a late brunch.
- Chris HainesOctober 5, 2015A lovely coffee shop and breakfast spot. This place is great for meeting friends for brunch. The staff are friendly and the eggs Benedict here is tasty. Great value too.
- Mark GNovember 11, 2022Fantastic brunch and the best coffee. Seriously good coffee.Fantastic brunch and the best coffee. Seriously good coffee.
- Steph WApril 5, 2014The pork and leek sausage is from another world! Must try! Scrambled eggs are great too!
- Vinl LJuly 22, 2017Went here on Saturday for brunch. Very lively atmosphere and great coffee. Good place for brunch - nice service. I'll be back again.
- Jessi @2feet1worldJune 22, 2015Strong coffee and good brunch selection. Spacious with big tables and good service too!
- One of the best flat whites in town. All breakfast items and juices are great. Try the corn fritters if you're hungry.
- Muesli pot, sour dough toast and a flat white is the breakfast of champions here! Great music which gets you in a good mood in the morning too!
- Natalie ClarkeDecember 29, 2017Good coffee and tasty brunch options with lots of vegetarian choices. I had wild mushrooms on toast and they were very tasty.
- Michelle WilesAugust 9, 2017Avo toast with grilled haloumi is heaven. A toast worth getting at a restaurant that instead of making @home
- Tim RogersMarch 9, 2013Great brunch, but a little pricey given the discretionary-but-still-automatically-on-your-bill service charge and the hiked up prices on cakes for eating in.
- Super delicious brekkie (the mushrooms and poached egg on toast is all kinds of win), relaxed vibes and friendly staff!
- Open in the evenings - great little tapas plates, small selection of wines,a local beer on tap - cosy and warm ambiance. Great way to spend an evening!
- The former Salvation Jane with the excellent coffee is now called Lantana and they changed the coffee as well to something you shouldn't bother drinking :-(
- Great coffee and food. Had the English muffin and it was delicious. Will come back. WiFi password: connect123
- Angela LiuAugust 28, 2019Brilliant brunch spot servicing a wide range of aussie dishes (so not just avocado toast!)
- Chocolate DandyFebruary 15, 2013Low windows and big chairs give a child like view out into the world / adorable .... Great cherry slices too
- Great Australian cafe tucked away next to Old Street. A little on the pricey side, but the food is great.
- Seriously lovely place. Lunch meal menu for takeaway changes daily and is good.
- Order anything with halloumi in and you will be happy (this tip also good for life in general).
- Susan LuebkeApril 17, 2016Blown away by their inventive culinary creations and so true to their ethos. A "hidden" gem.
- I had the salmon with poached egg and lemon crème fraiche. Very tasty. Nice place. I'll come back.
- margheritaOctober 7, 2015I always enjoy breakfast at Lantana, but it's very easy for your bill to skyrocket with extras
- Outstandingly delicious grilled haloumi with pesto and lemon + green olives marinated in orange and chilli
- CaterinaDecember 11, 2016Aweeeeesome! Quality food, fair prices, friendly service. Perfect for brunches.
- GuyApril 18, 2015WiFi password is connect123. Brunch muffin was alright, wasn't so sold on the flavours of it. Nice space but I prefer the menu at the other branch of Lantana. Might be better in weekdays than weekends
- Great place for breakfast or lunch, with plenty of seating space for customers
- New aussie place from the people who started Lantana. They have "new-aussie-Classics" like corn fritters with bacon, sour cream and chilli
- AnikaDecember 15, 2014Go for: the breakfast menu, the wifi, meetings. It's spacious, not loud. Banana bread is enough for 2+.
- Reanna Keer-KeerDecember 10, 2017Pulled pork drowned eggs are messy and delicious. No need for sides!
- Jon BaldwinNovember 26, 2012Bought eight different cakes to take back to the office to brighten a very dreary Monday. Good selection and tasty. Lovely lemon and ginger cakes.
