- Łukasz TyrałaMarch 29, 2018Do not worry if you hop on a train that does not go via your route (Bank or Embankment), you can change at Kennington to different Northern direction, route and destination.
- Beginning of the Northern line. Trains are pretty regular from platforms 4 and 5. You can also top up your oyster in the station and there's a small cornershop inside too!

- It gets crowded at rush hour. I still don’t understand what people do standing just in the middle of the exit. But you always get sit and the trains depart to Central every couple of minutes!

- In the morning peak, most trains leave from platforms 5 & 4. Check the 'next train' displays just in case it's platform 2.
- Christiane LinkDecember 29, 2012Manual boarding ramps are available for wheelchair users. Just ask a member of staff.
- Newsagent alongside entrance has great stock of mags-wide choice
- Platforms 3&4 are the same thing so if you're not sure from which platform your train is going & there's a train on platform 3/4, you can use the train to cross over between platforms without stairs
- Beware the newsagent here. His diet sodas tend to be past expiration date.
- The sign lies! Make sure when you are on a bank train it doesn't go via charing x
