- Minda PenningtonJuly 9, 2013This store is huge and they fixed my problem with no issues. I was amazed how nice the guys were when I asked newbie questions.
- Tim MunsellMay 26, 2014This store is so good! Customer service is top notch, there is always enough staff, and as you'd expect from anything with an Apple logo, they are quick, smart, helpful, and friendly!
- JamesJanuary 19, 2016Check out the new workshops they offer for free such as 'Shoot More Artistic Photos with iPhone' or 'Sketch, Draw, and Paint with iPad'. Start something new and unleash your inner artist!
- JamesOctober 15, 2019Of the two Apple stores in the 615, the store in The Mall at Green Hills is much nicer.
- If you need technical help, it's best to make an appointment. Great service! Nick was awesome!!
- Kevin SparkmanJuly 16, 2012Download the Apple Store app on your smart phone & use it to check yourself out... No waiting on a cashier, no lines, receipts emailed to you instantly! (ask an Apple Genius for a bag!)
- If you need support, be sure to make a Genius Bar appointment ahead of time!
- Crystal SmithJanuary 15, 2013So apparently you are supposed to have an appointment to be helped. I had no idea! Drove 45minutes to get here and they tell me they can't see me for 2 1/2 hours, plus I've got a toddler with me! Arg!
- Another reason to avoid Apple Store in Cool Springs. The escalators are 10-7 & ShopKick doesn't work in Macy's.
- While a goldfish might have a 3 second memory an alligator has even less!
- Max VelDinkFebruary 3, 2016Wait can be pretty long sometime, plan for at least a 30 minute visit if you'd like to buy something
- Great service but sometimes need to wait in the queue
- I'm not sure if checking yourself in @ the Applestore is such a great idea.
- BrandySeptember 19, 2013Not a fan of this store! Didn't even do an actual diagnosis of phone! I will be going to green hills!
