Hamano TasukeJanuary 28, 2018The luggage locker is located in northern direction of basement floor. It doesn't accept any kind of banknote, and there isn't changer. Go to Relay in southern direction and buy something!

Pay attention to the screens because they might have different platform numbers. On a positive note, it’s the most centric to Brussels

Pretty basic facilities here, not much in the way of good food options, there is a Starbucks though and a Carre Four right on the opposite end.

Nigel OAugust 16, 2013Ticket queues are a bit of a joke. You need to arrive at least 25mins before your train to buy a ticket. Watch out for cash only lines & not accepting visa or else you'd have wasted your time
Beware of the delayed airport trains. Makes for a great start of the day.

- Terribly designed signage system. To know which platform is where you need to literally walk up to exactly where the platform is!
Believe it or not, sometimes they DO arrive in time it seams!
- Don't be surprised if you see homeless people eat out of the garbage.
It's safest to assume that your train won't be on time
