MADO was intimate with breathtaking views of the Tokyo cityscape. There is a 1500 cover to enter. I'd come here for a date, made me think of Lost in Translation. Quiet for sure.

Grab a drink at 52 stories. Only 800 yen...cheap given the incredible view.
