Slower service than most of the NYC locations. Try and get in before 9:00am. Luckily one of the few places open on weekends in the area. Staff is very nice and friendly though.
Baristas are friendly, but if you order anything besides a regular hot coffee, be prepared to wait a while for it. I guess that's what happens when you're the only Starbucks on the waterfront.
The partners are less than enthusiastic about their jobs, the cafe is always a Mess and the pastry selection is just awful. Now that a Gregory's is next door Starbucks needs to step up their game.
Slow service during weekday rush hour, sometimes not very friendly as well. But it's the only game in town! Enjoy the view while you wait and wait and wait...
Abysmal service. Plan to waste 15-20 minutes for your order unless you come at the extreme off peak hours and even then be prepared to wait. Not a good representation of starbucks quality
