Start yourself a Rum Map. Rum, Rhum or Ron is probably the most diverse spirit out there and the map is a good way to explore the best booze coming out of the Caribbean.

I used to enjoy Rumba but they've changed. Service is now very slow and they miss orders. Not planning on returning for a while - other great cocktail bars around.
Order cocktails ! The Puerco Achiate goes well with all the drinks - I like the Plantation #5

max LNovember 15, 2012Great bartenders and a diverse wine inventory. It's a intimate addition to Pike street- Tacos and empanadas are excellent with your daiquiri or three.
- Pepperpot Chicken. Ask for a fried egg and thank me later.
Good food, especially the tacos. Decent drinks. Meh service.
