Beautiful gym (wooden floors, new equipment, shiny lighting, great bathrooms) and beautiful people!! Only downside is that the stretching area is the size of a small bedroom.
Take Amy"s spin class. The girl is such a pro. My all time favorite. (The Queen of The Ridden, The Thor-ess of Spin, simply The Best Instructor in my opinion). So motivated and motivating.
Great, energetic atmosphere in this Crunch. It is never full and everyone's cool. Certainly one of the top Crunchs in town.- Never too crowded to get a machine, even at peak hours. Classes are very popular so be sure to reserve a spot. The music is wayyy too loud. You need your earphones at full blast to overcome it.
I love this GYM. Everyone is friendly, especially the people who works here.

An awesome addition to the neighborhood. The people working out here are so good looking you'll drop 10 pounds out of shame alone.
Pete is the best trainer I've ever worked with: thoughtful, focused, helpful, patient but will kick your ass too.

Peak hours are a bit much. Try for the later part of the afternoon. Great gym overall!

Tyler L is doing Friday night Zumba now, and his class is the BEST!!!!!
Check out Diesel boot camp style class on Sat @ 1230pm!
