- Tasting TableSeptember 12, 2014It's all about the breakfast tacos ($8.95) at this cute mini-chain. Two flour tortillas are stacked high with scrambled eggs, potatoes, peppers, and salsa--go for the jack cheese & chorizo combo. Read more
- Tom CoatesJanuary 25, 2019The food is good and tasty, and you can sit down and it’s a bit less hectic than El Toro or Pancho Villa. Its also more expensive than those places, less fun and I’m not sure the food is better.
- Catherine Fortin-DubeMay 6, 2018We loved the grilled vegetables burrito with black beans (no cheese no sour cream). We Also had the chili verde tofu burrito with vegetarian refried black beans (was good but not delicious).
- Sarah GreshowakMay 15, 2014Guacamole enchiladas + roasted tomato salsa legit. More Americanized than spots in the mission (read=more expensive) but if you're a lover of all foods Mexican, it's a nice change every now and again.
- The Mini JohnFebruary 26, 2016Try the fajita burrito, delicious. Funny small place to grab a small bite. Definitely recommend it !
- Candid CuisineJune 25, 2015Loved their cheese enchiladas. One of the best places to eat Mission Burritos in SF. Good also for vegans
- Chefs FeedApril 5, 2017Get out of your rice-bean-avocado kind of deal when ordering a vegetarian burrito. This place gives you sweet and salty goodness in a tortilla for a change. Read more
- It's definitely a yuppy burrito place, but the food here is great. Don't get so hung up on authenticity!
- The baby burrito is a good solid meal. The meats are super flavorful and not too greasy. Chips could use some work tho.
- jonathan gettingerMay 28, 2014The Guacamole Enchiladas at The Little Chihuahua It's so simple that it's stupid: two enchiladas filled with cubes of queso fresco and gloriously chunky guoc.
- Jewely HoxieFebruary 23, 2013Don't forget to order the 'dandy chihuahua' off of the secret menu - salmon quesadilla, yum! Also the plantain rito is danksauce. Humphrey slocombe too!
- Mike DeverellFebruary 5, 2014Clean place with great ingredients. However, none of the salsas they offer are spicy at all, unless you consider an overwhelming taste of onion as spicy, in which case they're all extremely spicy.
- Kunal PatelMarch 19, 2016Tofu & mushroom options make them vegetarian-friendly. Tostada salad is a great healthier alternate to the burritos.
- Looks like fast food from outside but this place is a cut above the usual crappy burrito joint. Salsas & meats are all just a bit better quality. Nice change of pace, unique tastes.
- The Plantain Burrito is a revelation. The Fajita Burrito is a close second. Chili Verde Tofu Burrito is also good, but the ingredients were not well distributed throughout the burrito.
- One of my favorite burritos in the mission. I love the garlic shrimp and the plantain and black bean burritos :-)
- Fiona StripeAugust 14, 2016I'm still dreaming about the plantain burrito from last night. The guacamole enchiladas were also very very good.
- This is the third TLC location. They serve Americanized Mexican food with very high quality ingredients. If you're looking for the classic grease-laden Mission burrito, head elsewhere.
- Daniel GraysonMarch 10, 2018I'm a perpetual sucker for a good chorizo burrito. And this was a good chorizo burrito.
- Very good and tasty burritos out of really good ingredients. Especially the breakfast burrito.
- Georgia LuddeckeNovember 10, 2015Get the fried plantain and black bean burrito! Best burrito of my life. Also the horchata.
- Quality burritos. My fave chicken fajita on whole wheat with black beans & guac
- StephanieMarch 20, 2014Delicious clean and simple Mexican-style food. Sticking with Pancho Villa Taqueria for authentic stuff.
- Jennean ENovember 12, 2016Good for late night burritos (open until 10pm). Al pastor better than the garlic shrimp.
- They have big gf tortillas so you can have gluten free burritos! They're delicious.
- Diego GAugust 14, 2013Same style as most neighborhood taquerias but the dishes are a little more composed and pretty dang tasty
- Empty and peaceful for brunch... And it's AMAZINGGG. Sightglass coffee and a breakfast burrito in hand, I'm a happy camper.
- Aaron HardistyDecember 29, 2012I recommend many other places in the Mission. For burritos try Cancun or El Toro. For Mexico City street food go to Reaction.
