- My favorite hotel in my favorite area in Manhattan. Both the staff and the decor are hip, stylish. Bonus of easier access to the exclusive clubs Bain and Top of the Standard. Walk on the High Line.

If you're easily creeped out; don't head into the elevator alone. A lot of guests felt unease watching the 'Civilisation' video installation in the dark elevetors. Should've named it 'Apocalypse'!
