The Tonkotsu is one of their most popular dishes, and with good reason. I like to order it with an extra side of noodles, which they bring out when your close to only having only broth left. Yummy!

Had the rich garlic broth with chicken, the yuzu shio with chicken and both were great! The garlic is very strong in Tonkotsu Shio. The chicken karaage is pretty good fried chicken.

Fantastic ramen! Service is sometimes lacking and wait times can be very long, but it's worth it! So good!

Everything on the menu is good, but try the tonkatsu ramen and the chicken karaage. Regular sodium broth is more flavorful. Be prepared to wait if your party is larger than 2, but it's so worth it.

Go for the original Japanese tonkatsu broth, don't skimp for the low sodium Americanized booth.

Now that the restaurant has been open for a few months, it is not as crowded and is easier to be seated. The wait staff seems to have worked out most of the kinks. Excellent food worth the patience!

Got the garlic tonkotsu and it was quite tasty! The wings were good too, lemony and sweet. The chicken kaarage was good as well.

Love the tonkotsu ramen with an extra egg. I'm crazy about their soft boiled eggs. And the almond tofu dessert. Delicious! Get your own. I won't share.

I want to try more things on the menu but I always have to get the Garlic Tonkotsu Ramen. Always make sure you get an egg with it as well.

The Yuzu Shio Ramen with French sea salt, kelp, and Japanese citrus is the best of the bunch at this Bellevue restaurant.

You have to try different things to know what you like. They offer a "light" version and a traditional version of most broths. As for low sodium, this dish was never meant to be that way.

A serving of edamame paired with an order of extra noodles and unseasoned pork+chicken broth makes for an excellent lunch meal for a baby toddler.

Get there before noon on weekends. The French salt broth was meh so try the spicy broth. Potstickers were tasty and the staff hustled to get folks in and out.

They now have Low Sodium broth options due to 'customer feedback' which on the Shoyu is now perfect tasting. Order the Shio regular, it's perfect as is.

Get the Tonkotsu ramen with the original broth. If anyone tells you to get the low sodium option it is a tell tail sign that they don't really know ramen.

Tonkatsu ramen is the best. Their waitresses getting better at seating people now so shorter wait time. They DO learn, which is a good thing.

Veggie ramen is great. Would suggest not getting tofu with it since it doesn't go that well with it.

There's half of the recommended sodium for consumption in the noodle broth. Ask for low sodium! Try the chicken wings though!

I didn't want pork-broth, which left me only one option. Broth and meat were OK, but the noodles were good! It's funny to hear the American waiter explain the menu w/ "the way WE do it in Japan", lol.

Not bad exactly but a little off. The spicy chilled tofu wasn't spicy, the chashu in my bowl of ramen a little tough and the egg on the runny side

One thing they need is a heat lamp by the entrance. Whenever doors open, a gust of cold air comes in, and it's not very pleasant.

The food is so-so. Would love to see some fish options on the menu. Unfortunately the 3 items that I wanted on the menu were not available. You have to pack your own food to go. It can get messy.
