Sit at the bar when it's slower. You save the trouble of table service and the bartenders are great. The deviled eggs are great, as are the tater tots. A great selection of oysters and the fish and chips are outstanding.

The cornbread is tasty. But, don't be startled if the waitress or waiter is shocked when you ask for a mignonette.
Be careful at the hightops by the bar--the purse hooks underneath the table are dangerous for thighs! Ouch!
