- Cesar RazuriAugust 31, 2013Love Passion Fruit? No, seriously. Do you? If you answered yes, get the Passion Fruit Sundae. The sweetness & tartness come together wonderfully in this dessert. They sprinkle cookies on top too. Yum!
- The Corcoran GroupJune 13, 2013Try Jean-Georges seasonal menu comprised of local organic ingredients and admire the unique ABC Home furnishings. Make sure to order the spring pea guacamole and chile-herbed black sea bass.
- Sarp ErkayaJune 28, 2015If I HAVE to rank the tacos I would say Beef (absolutely delicious), Chicken (very spicy and perfectly crispy), and then the Fish tacos (savory). Accompany those with a passion fruit margarita 👍🏼Upvoted Mar 7
- Rubén GarcíaAugust 29, 2017Hip place with cool atmosphere, but I found the food underwhelming for the price. Tacos are in the $18-26 range per two tacos, and they did not blow my mind... The guac was good though
- Alexandra LeiteMay 4, 2013It's a feast. Skip salad, order raw to start, followed by any of the tacos and jump straight into the rices. Dessert, I am having Mark Bittman leftovers. Oprah? She is in the back with her girls.
- Chad HornerMarch 15, 2017try as many things as possible! you really can't go wrong, from my experience (short rib tacos, crispy fish tacos, mezcal-cured salmon, ham and cheese croquettes...)
- New York PostAugust 8, 2014Guacamole is among the best dishes — it's loaded with peas and packs a jalapeno punch. The baby back ribs rule: just $11. (Also: a regular caipirinha beats a strawberry one.) Read more
- Andy TowleDecember 14, 2013Recommend the smoked salmon small plate and tuna burger with the jalapeño margarita . Your meal is all set. Try the guacamole at the beginning if you're extra hungry. Thank me later.
- The food is too "clean" & fussy to satisfy a true craving for Mexican food, but def fits within the ABC brand. Octopus is forgettable, but short rib tacos are solid, and spring pea guacamole is great.
- CITY GRITAugust 5, 2014Ian Coogan is one of our favorite young chefs in the city! Start with Sweet Pea Guacamole & The Basil Jalapeno Marg! Don’t miss Shaved Fluke, Shrimp with Garlic & Chili Oil, or Arroz Con Pollo.
- Michael NataleJuly 23, 2015Best guacamole I've ever had. Heirloom tomato salad and grilled mushrooms to knock your socks off. Fish tacos are exquisite and the bar serves top notch cocktails. Met the chefs, who are awesome.
- Ryan WarrenderJune 23, 2016Tapas style combined with awesome drinks makes this an upscale Mexican stable. Order the guacamole, short rib tacos, and the grilled octopus.
- Jenna Jordan RomeroOctober 11, 2013What to order for a party of 4? Shrimp w/ sizzling garlic, crab & corn fritters, glazed short rib tacos (make sure you get 2 tacos a person. They're to die for),"burnt ends", chorizo, and arroz con pollo
- Sofia BugarinJuly 24, 2014This place was really wonderful, it may be my favorite restaurant. Try any of the tacos and the corn with chipotle and Parmesan, they're amazing. And for dessert, the churros! Amazing service as well.
- Gauri SharmaAugust 17, 2014Love the vibe, the service, and the food. The menu seemed simple and familiar at first, but I was surprised that each item had a mini twist to the flavor. Can't go wrong with anything!
- Jessica BOctober 15, 2013The short rib tacos are hands down the best things on the menu, and I would also get the guac as that too is debatably some of the best I've ever had. You also can't go wrong with the arroz con pollo!
- MarieMarch 31, 2015The arroz con pollo is absolutely divine! While it's still piping hot, be sure to hit it with some of the habanero hot sauce. So perfect!
- Kevin O'NeillDecember 7, 2014Hard not to love the lavender pancakes, or the peach French toast. Brunch is a must.
- SavoredSpoonJanuary 17, 2015Everything! Definitely over order and share, so you can get a taste of it all! A few of my favorite dishes included the guacamole, patatas bravas, grilled beets, and empanadas 😍😍
- Elie KardousDecember 5, 2013Although I miss Pipa and its chandeliers, Jean-Georges brought Mexican-Argentinian tapas to a whole new level. Beautiful space. Beef Tenderloin and Sizzling Shrimps were top-notch, so was the sangria
- Serious EatsJune 26, 2013Modern Mexican from the Jean-Georges Vongerichten team. The pea guacamole and seasonal dishes are the best things on the menu; chicken and rice also stands out.
- The poached prawns with paprika dip or the tuna sashimi style are strongly recommended, but all was so good and balanced. Excellent dessert and wine choices, too. Jean Georges did a great job (again).
- Barry WacksmanMay 4, 2013Amazing! Favorite new restaurant in a long time. Tried six different dishes from shrimp with banana to pork tacos to arroz con pollo to burnt ends with chimichurri sauce. Everything was fabulous.
- IrmaZandl ZandlSlantSeptember 11, 2014LOVED the cheese and meat plate, the squash pizza was great but MOST amazing was the salted caramel ice cream sundae with popcorn and chocolate sauce. Great service also.
- TrixieJune 16, 2013Love this place! Sexy vibe. Start w/ the summer vegetable salad. It's delicious & healthy. Then, peeky toe crab & corn fritters, mushroom tacos and salmon entree. The romansco sauce is really good.
- Veronica HJuly 23, 2013best dishes are veggie: spicy spring pea empanadas, mushroom and kale tacos, and the spring pea guacamole. Skip the sea bass, overdone, and the lobster was bland. Get the peekietoe crab fritters
- jansen cJuly 2, 2016Lively atmosphere, good to bring your date or friends and enjoy some nice small dishes. Guacamole with green pea was yummy
- First We FeastAugust 3, 2014Take the tacos: Maiitake mushroom and kale in a tortilla might make you think about going back into the kitchen to give the cooks a slap, until you taste it and recognize its deeply savory powers. Read more
- Santi AmayaJuly 27, 2015Beautiful environment and great food. Get the short rib tacos and if you like spice, put their hot sauce on everything!
- Jennifer WilliamsAugust 30, 2013Amazing food. Shaved fluke is one of the best things I've had. The BLT taco and lobster rice were amazing. The atmosphere is great, but be prepared to wait if you do not have a reservation !
- Marie La RueJanuary 20, 2020Beautiful space for beautiful people. Refined Latin American fare. Beet salad and beef empanadas were hits. Crispy fish tacos were soggy.
- Joyful BellyAugust 8, 2014Justified Hipness. New twists on a classic cuisine. Grilled maitake mushrooms with goat cheese were spectacular, but the kitchen's emphasis on fresh ingredients render recommendations moot.
- Amanda WilliamsMarch 5, 2015Do yourself a favor - try the sensational passion fruit margarita! Raw Fluke, Braised short rib & crispy pork tacos were standouts along w/ arroz con pollo. Delicious!!
- Kevin ThompsonDecember 19, 2014So many items that you shouldn't miss: short rib tacos, maitake mushrooms and goat cheese, grilled shrimp over garlic oil and the beef tenderloin are all excellent.
- AmateurConciergeOctober 23, 2013House made hot sauce is great. Short rib tacos were the best thing I had here. Pea guacamole has been replaced with more traditional style but still fantastic
- Andrew SheppardNovember 20, 2014Guacamole, ham and cheese fritters, shrimp w/chili oil are all amazing! And definitely must try the warm vanilla fritters with Mexican chocolate for dessert:)

- One of the best meals ever. Garlic shrimp blew my mind. Short rib tacos not like others who try this semi trendy food, these r LEGIT. Best guacamole too. So good!
- Sam PezzulloJune 7, 2013Must try: short rib tacos, arroz con pollo, roasted Maine lobster rice, shrimp with sizzling garlic & chili oil, and maitake mushrooms with goat cheese. All are amazing!
- Vianney BrandicourtOctober 23, 2014[+] the Sautéed Mushroom Tacos (the mole did the trick); Charred Octopus. The decor is creative, and there's a good vibe. [-] a little over-priced. Raw shaved fluke was a bit of a let-down.
- Lauren KwonJuly 12, 2013Supposedly reservations are booked for 6 months. Get there at 5:30pm and you'll be able to sit in 5 minutes. The lobster rice is a disappointment. But everything else was delicious!
- CCnycAugust 13, 2017Sweet pea guac & chips (perfectly seasoned and crispy), beer salad, crispy BBQ pork tacos, and the cookie plate 🍪 are all worth ordering
- Can be a tough table to get but absolutely worth it. Drinks and food are outstanding, especially the ABC margaritas. Best Mexican food in the area.
- Rachel KarnofskyJune 21, 2013Already one-upped Pipa in my book. Favorites were the mussels with chorizo, fish tacos and the halibut. Go with a group of people so you can try more dishes...

- Lucie PustovaSeptember 3, 2015A delicious, Latin twist on ABC Kitchen, beautiful decor as always. The fish tacos and guacamole were great. Amazing cocktails too!
