Cody was what made my meal tonight very pleasant. He's courteous and friendly. After waiting over an hour for a table, he understood our frustration and rushed our order. Make sure to ask for him! :)

This Japanese yakiniku style substitutes nicely when I don't want to drive to Sunnyvale for KBBQ.

OBSESSED WITH THIS PLACE. My favorite is the beef tongue. The pork is also good!
- The meat here seems to be better than the one served at Cupertino branch. However, the overall service is more variable when compared to the other branch.
A must go in San Mateo. Bring your friends for a fun barbecue night.
